Vietnam Ethnic Culture and Tourism Village welcomes 300,000 tourists each year

The Vietnam National Village for Ethnic Culture and Tourism welcomed its 300,000th visitor in the first 5 months of the year, reaching 100% of the 2016 plan, an increase of more than 50,000 visitors compared to the whole of 2015.

In addition to coordinating with localities and ethnic communities to organize cultural and tourism activities, the Cultural Village has focused on organizing daily, weekend and monthly activities with topics and themes on ethnic cultures of regions, linking activities of localities, with the participation of cultural entities and travel companies, focusing on groups of students, families and tours, especially the daily activities of some ethnic communities: Muong, Thai, Kho Mu, E De, Khmer have initially attracted and contributed to increasing the number of visitors.

In the coming time, the Cultural Village will continue to organize activities such as "Impressive Summer Month - Finding Childhood Memories" and daily and weekend activities to create a summer playground for visitors. Especially the environment and playground for teenagers, associations, clubs, family groups, students and university students with experiential activities, coordinating to organize rich and attractive competitions during the summer days.

The first step is to create a summer experiential tourism product, a place to meet, exchange, experience life, learn about unique cultural features, festivals, folk tales and games of ethnic artisans living in the Village, creating a useful and healthy playground./.
